De Montfort University are looking to purchase new 3D printers & looking to upgrade existing 3D printer. model Mark Forged MK2 to print the following material ONYX.
3D Printer/Solution minimum requirements:
A 3D Printer capable of printing the following digital materials consist of ABS, PLA, PET, PP, ASA, Nylon, PC, PC-ABS, PC-ESD,PEEK, TPU and photo-polymers.
| b. | All material or all consumables to be non-powder form. |
| c. | Manufacturing process: Fused filament fabrication and /or digital light processing. |
| d. | The size of the Build Volume must be minimum of : 260 x 300 x 340 mm |
| e. | Minimum nozzle diameter 0.4mm |
| f. | Minimum wall thickness: 0.4 mm |
| g. | Minimum layer resolution: 150 microns |
