description
The Framework opportunity is for the provision of a Speech and Text Analytics solution initially for Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary as a requirement under the Contact Management Programme. The solution will be used to provide the forces with a Speech and Text Analytics Software package that will enhance both forces Contact Centre functionality, and create a more efficient service. Also, as part of this contract, we will be looking for not just software delivery, but also implementation services, and ongoing support/management of the system.
