FM21165 - Testing of Smart Washing Machines

Brief Description of Requirement

To perform testing on a total of 11 smart washing machines, to verify compliance with the following Regulations (and any amendments to these):

Commission Regulation (EU) No 2019/2023 with regard to Ecodesign requirements for smart washing machines, and Commission Regulation (EU) No 2019/2014 with regard to Energy Labelling requirements of smart washing machines.

The test methods applied should follow harmonised standards the reference numbers of which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, or other reliable, accurate and reproducible calculation and measurement methods, which considers the generally recognised state of the art.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
