Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the Demolition Works of Redundant Buildings - Nythe Youth & Community Centres

Project Description

Swindon Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the demolition, site clearance and making good works on completion. The works include asbestos removals, full site strip and demolitions, drainage and resurfacing works and making good to the gable wall of the remaining structure(s) on completion.

The initial contract term will be for 12 weeks commencing on 1st September 2024. Estimated contract spend is between £125,000 and £150,000 across the works.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 20th June 2024, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
