Accreditation System for London Stadium

London Stadium is seeking to appoint an Accreditation service provider to support its ongoing operations, both on event and non-event days. Your company must have relevant experience from similar venues to the London Stadium.

You should apply by submitting a tender proposal that addresses the specification by 5pm on the 13 May 2020 to LS005@londonstadium185.com.

Following queries we are able to confirm the following two points:

1. Acceptability of marking up the contract, especially in relation to Clause 8 (Intellectual Property):

Please note that we will accept a reasonable and limited mark-up of the contract to clarify points relating to the draft as part of the bid. These will be assessed as part of evaluation. Unless the comments are wholesale and fundamental to contracting this will not disqualify your company.

Specific areas where variants will be acceptable are:

Clause 6.1: The draft contract refers to monthly payments. If you wish to propose a variation to the frequency of payments. Please include details in your bid.

Clause 8: Intellectual property - We recognise IP will vary for this contract as the service provided is software-based. Tenders can be submitted on the basis of clause 8 being amended appropriately. Please state your position on IP in your bid.

Clause 21.2.3 Email is also an acceptable format for Notices albeit a hard copy of the notice should also be provided.

We can confirm an electronic signature on Appendix C is acceptable.
