GB-London: Tree Surveys and Inspection Services Framework Agreement

Places of Worship and historic buildings have a duty to manage, maintain and restore the fabric of their buildings and their surroundings. This tender invites submissions from organisations or sole traders who are qualified to deliver Tree Surveys to listed and unlisted Places of Worship and Historic Buildings ( including associated domestic and non-domestic buildings) across England and Wales, as commissioned by Registered Users ( Users) through the MaintenanceBooker service, a national procurement portal ran by 2buy2 and the National Churches Trust.

Surveys/Inspections should be carried out by Suppliers who are qualified Arboriculturalists (arboricultural association approved) and comply with the requirements of BS 3988:2010-Tree Work Recommendations and, where appropriate, BS 5837:2012 - Trees in relation to Design, Demolition and Construction.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
