The Council are currently out to procurement for the provision of Hertshelp Crisis Intervention Services.
This procurement is split into two separate Lots:
Lot 1 - Direct Crisis Support Lot 2 - Avoiding Crisis Support
This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to “express interest” which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is Wednesday 23 March 2016.
To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on Wednesday 23 March 2016.

Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed and attested under the common seal of the Council. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 and is for health and community services.
