HMRC are commissioning the following research to develop insight into the current experiences of SME's. This research should provide an in-depth insight into the operating environment of SME's using longitudinal ethnographic methods. Anticipated outputs are to assess whether SME's lived experiences are reflected in HMRC's core strategy in order to ensure HMRC is meeting the needs of its customers.
