The primary objective of this work is to conduct further research looking at the size of the taxi, minicab and chauffeur/executive markets in London. This will form the basis of Lot 1. Lot 2 will consist of research into the use of mobile applications (“apps”) by passengers and drivers, and perceptions and experiences of ridesharing.
