St Leger Homes has awarded a contract for the following maintenance and administration services, to the already installed equipment in a number of our properties which are connected to a District Heating Scheme.
- oHeat Meters
- oHydraulic Interface Units
- oSmart Card and Token-less Prepayment Modules
- oMaintenance of Hardware, including replacement of faulty equipment
- oAutomatic Meter Reading (AMR) system o Data validation
- oBilling / Revenue Collection for tenants on Credit Billing system
- oManagement of the installed Prepayment system and Point of Sale Outlets
This is a further completion undertaken via YPO Framework 642 Utilities Metering and Data Collection Services
The contract is for 4 years with two further possible extensions of 12 months each.
