This is to supply Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, Deep Cleaning & Ventilation Ducting Services.

Scope of requirements:

There are 8 geographical lots Lot 1 - Scotland Lot 2 - Northern Ireland Lot 3 - Wales Lot 4 - Northwest Lot 5 - Northeast Lot 6 - Midlands Lot 7 - Southeast Lot 8 - Southwest

under each of the geographical lot, there are 4 sub lots

Sub lot a - Catering and Dishwashing Equipment Maintenance (inc. gas services)

• oReactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oProactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oAsset management service
• oRegular Gas Servicing (labour & call out charges)

Sub lot b - Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance

• oReactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oProactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oAsset management service

Sub lot c - Kitchen Clean Services (covers kitchen deep clean, Kitchen ventilation, Duct cleaning)

• oKitchen Deep Clean, including surface cleaning (floors, walls), lighting, equipment (inside and out) and kitchen fittings
• oHigh Level Cleaning including ceilings, structural steel work, lighting.
• oGrease Trap Cleaning
• oUn-blocking of drains (within kitchen walls only)
• oReactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oProactive visits (labour & call out charges)
• oExtraction and ventilation duct cleaning to TR19 levels

Sub lot d - One Stop Shop

• oCatering and Dishwashing Equipment Maintenance
• oRefrigeration Equipment Maintenance
• oKitchen Ventilation & Duct Cleaning

Tenderer can bid for multiple Geographical lots and multiple sub lots under each geographical lot.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE RESPONSE TO THIS TENDER, TENDER IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN ARRANGED SITE VISIT. FAILING TO DO SO, THE SUBMISSION WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THIS TENDER.
