Design Risk Management Readiness Assessment Tool

The Discovering Safety project has developed the questions to assess an organisations readiness to adopt and use best practice, through the use of the Construction Risk Library. The intent is that this assessment should be made available to the industry as a self assessment tool.

This contract requires the following work to be carried out by way of market research;

•An assessment of the market potential of the Readiness Assessment Tool including customer segmentation and size of the potentially accessible market

•An estimate of the demand that is in the market for both the Assessment Tool and the Construction Risk Library, including an analysis of barriers which may hinder its implementation.

•Scoping out potential ways of delivering the self-assessment Tool, e.g. as a downloadable questionnaire, interactive form, etc.

•Scoping and evaluation of possible delivery channels/mediums for future exploitation activities, briefly suggesting possible business models and exploitation routes
