2020 - 0806 Board Management & Committee Meeting Support Software - AWARD

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of secure board portal software that enables meeting and document collaboration solution to transform the way Senior Directors and Non-Executives access and collaborate on board and meeting packs, ensuring that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.

The estimated value of the Project is £18,000 per annum (p.a.), and £54,000 over the duration of the agreement to achieve a 3-year contract (2 years + 1 year).

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff.
