GB-Middlesbrough: NZIIC Summative Assessment

As a part of a £16.1m total funding package approved by the Tees Valley Mayor and Combined Authority and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government the Net Zero Industry Innovation Centre project is receiving up to £8.85m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. Teesside University requires an evaluation of the NZIIC project to assess project performance, efficiency, effectiveness and value for money. This evaluation should also provide insights into what and why interventions worked (or not) and lessons for the future.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence October 2022 and will run until 31 May 2023.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
