Cleaning of UPVC doors, internal windows, UPVC fascia's & soffits, downspouts & clearing out of gutters. Painting of internal communal areas, metal & timber handrails, store doors, loft hatches, timber rear doors, window cills, timber fencing to the rear of the blocks, metal shelter roof and poles. Fitting of nosing's to internal stairs. Painting to external metal handrails at ILS.
