A short survey of customer satisfaction running during the duration of the Restart Scheme extension. The survey will be conducted over a total of 8 waves between October 2025 - June 2027, achieving a minimum response rate of 503 per Contract Package Area (CPA) per quarter, and reducing in the second year in line with the forecasted reduced Restart caseload, totalling approximately 46,000 responses over the 8 waves.
