description

The Oxford to Cambridge expressway project includes both the technical elements of developing a nationally significant infrastructure project and the social interaction with our stakeholders, communities and customers. The ultimate aim of stakeholder engagement and communications is to create a two-way communication mechanism throughout the project to:

Identify and maintain the relevant stakeholder groups, determine the appropriate level and style of engagement to develop and deliver a carefully considered engagement strategy

Ensure that our stakeholders are kept informed on a regular basis

Create opportunities for our stakeholders to get involved with the project, voice their concerns and to know that they are being listened-to

Ensure that the scheme is developed throughout the various stages taking into consideration the views of relevant stakeholders
