The Works consist of general clearance within existing building including removal of existing mechanical and electrical installations and drainage. Demolition of existing outbuildings and modifications to enable the design and construction of 5 Nr. flats and common areas as scheduled below within the existing refurbished building including two small extensions at Norton Road, Ingatestone, Essex together with associated external works (including planting, landscaping and fencing) services, drainage, roads, car parking and sewers.
