GSP1123 - Provision of Newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate

The House of Lords and the House of Commons (collectively “the Authority”) both have a requirement for the delivery of daily and weekly national, regional and international newspapers and selected periodicals. In addition, third party users on the Estate may make direct individual arrangements for the supply of newspapers.

The Authority is seeking to re-let its existing contract for the supply of papers to the parliamentary estate under a three year contract with two possible 12 month extension periods. The contract value has been estimated over the entire 5 year term and is approximately £600,000.00
