Over the last two years Torbay Council commissioners have been working with stakeholders, providers and those with lived experience to develop proposals to commission a range of services using an alliance commissioning approach, as part of a wider programme of projects aimed at improving outcomes for people with multiple and/or complex needs.
The Torbay Council commissioned services that are included in the Alliance Agreement are:
- Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services
- Homeless Hostel
- Services for those who are or have been subject to domestic violence or abuse.
