To deliver the necessary temporary accommodation for 120 Year 7 pupils by September 2019. The temporary classrooms will be located at the Burnt Mill Academy, First Avenue, Harlow, Essex; an existing school part of the Burnt Mill Academy Trust.

A client feasibility study has been undertaken. The procurement route for this project will be a two stage tender. Firstly, there will be a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for the Contractor's Proposals and any additional surveys the bidder requires to inform their design. The successful contractor will also be responsible for developing and submitting a Planning Application and engaging with the Local Planning Authority. The successful contractor will then be appointed under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 with Contractor's Design.

The delivery of the permanent accommodation Sir Frederick Gibberd College providing 1700 place 11 to 16 school is being delivered via a separate procurement.
