description
This requirement is for software licenses and associated support for Tivoli Work Scheduler (TWS) and is essential for HMRC to manage their workload between HMRC tax duty systems.
TWS is an IBM product - Software automation tool that helps manage/automate workload execution across various platforms, enabling the scheduling,
monitoring, and control of jobs and job streams.
HMRC workloads include batch uploads, payments etc..., and is required as part of our day-to-day business. Without these licences and support, HMRC would not be able to operate TWS and Head of Duty Services.
