DPS for Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Home Adaptations Works

Award of contract for Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) home adaptations works in residential properties. The works will include internal structural alterations to properties, level access showers, ramps and other minor works and are divided into 3 Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Building Works, Lot 2 - Level Access Showers, Lot 3 - Ramps.

This DPS was established in 2021, with a start date of 15 November 2021. Due to the lack of viable alternatives provided by the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and in line with the transition arrangements, the Council is extending the DPS period of validity to 23 February 2029. All other terms and conditions of the DPS remain unchanged.

Additional information: This DPS has been extended to 23 February 2029. The extension will allow Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and potential bidders time to plan a suitable replacement under the Procurement Act 2023 that also takes into consideration the objectives of the National Procurement Policy Statement.
