description
Reed in Partnership intends to participate in the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Future Employment Support (FES) opportunity and is inviting organisations to express an interest in delivering the service with us. Together with our partners, we will deliver high-quality employability support that transforms people's lives and their communities.
The programme will provide personalised employment support to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants, helping people overcome barriers to work and achieve sustained employment. This may include skills development, work experience, health-related employment support, self-employment guidance and employer engagement activities tailored to local labour market needs. Referrals to the programme will be made via JCPs.
We encourage applications from organisations across the public, private and VCSE sectors, including SMEs. We are particularly keen to hear from organisations who can demonstrate proven experience in:
- Supporting individuals into sustained employment
- Delivering personalised interventions that improve employment outcomes
- Employer engagement and workforce development
- Supporting people with health conditions and complex barriers
- Delivering services informed by local labour market needs
- Innovative, proven services to support people to secure and sustain work
How to Respond
To support organisations of different sizes and specialisms, we are running two EOI routes:
- EOI A: For end-to-end delivery providers
For organisations with a proven track record of delivering high-performing employment services and the capacity to deliver across part or all of one or more CPAs please see here: https://forms.office.com/e/cvax9sttdA
- EOI B: Specialist and Innovation Partners
For organisations offering specialist expertise or innovative solutions that complement end-to-end provision, please see here: https://forms.office.com/e/e1tbAA1rDz
To support applications, please find a full breakdown of the programme and eligible participant cohorts attached to this notice.
Should you have any questions, please contact partner.network@reed.com. For more information on how we score our EOIs and work with partners please visit our website: https://reedinpartnership.co.uk/partners/.
Please note - This EOI does not constitute an offer to work with your organisation but is the first stage in our selection process. Following the initial EOI stage, selected organisations may be invited to participate in market engagement events, webinars, one-to-one discussions, further information requests, due diligence activities and commercial negotiations.
