Phase 10 Sheltered Housing Electrical Fire Safety Upgrade

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to upgrade Fire Detection to LD1 and replace existing electrical consumer units within Sheltered Housing Dwellings.

1. 1-26 Childs Court, This is a sheltered housing Scheme consisting of 26 Dwellings (26No. Internal One bed dwellings)

2. 1-37 Darrell Charles Court, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 37 Dwellings (37No.Internal One bed dwellings)

3. 1-25 Drayton Court, This is a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 23 Dwellings (23No.Internal One bed dwellings)

4. 1-25 Yiewsley Court, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 25 Dwellings (25No. Internal One bed dwellings)

5. 1-76 Kelf Grove, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 50 Dwellings (50No.External One bed dwellings)

6. 2-79 Langworth Drive, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 79 Dwellings (79No.One bed external dwellings)

7. 1-147 Cobden Close, This is a sheltered Housing scheme consisting of 66 Dwellings (66No.One bed external dwellings)

The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional LD1 Fully Interlinked Fire Detection System & replace existing consumer unit within 306No One Bed Dwellings across 7No Sheltered Housing Schemes.

The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.
