description
As part of the Serious Violence Grant, Trafford Council are seeking to commission a provider to supply mentoring with a physical activity component for 12 months. This mentoring would support Children and Young People who are involved in, at risk of committing, or affected by violent behaviour, including young people engaged in weapon enabled crime and gangs. The programme will support children and young people from a varied age range and therefore would need to be tailored to need, consideration would be given to supporting young people after their 18th birthday, and would guarantee ongoing provision for young people with SEND up to the age of 25 should this be required
