This procurement is being conducted by AEC on behalf of CHAP:-
CHAP has an immediate requirement for the provision of a series of interviews and workshops with experts and key opinion leaders from academic, industry and the UK AgriTech Centres, to capture views on the innovation needs and opportunities across the crop sector (must include arable, horticultural [inc. viticulture], protected and other [fungi, algae, seaweed, insects...]) and as a result of the above via stakeholder engagement, to produce one report, as detailed within the ITT document.
The style of the report should be aspirational and present information with a perspective of 'the next 10 years'.
The requirement of the aforementioned report should consist of:-
A fully produced report for an external audience, 25-35 pages with images, in PDF format and optimised for online use.

No Bidder is permitted to contact any Authority staff member (AEC and/or CHAP,) whatsoever, during this procurement exercise, as to do so will render any Bid from a Bidder whom contravenes this instruction to automatically exclude themselves from the ITT opportunity.
Any queries arising from this document, and/or for further clarification please use the Q&A protocol at the electronic address where the ITT documents can be obtained no later than 13th November 2023 - as beyond this date and time no further clarification questions will be answered.
We reserve the right to refuse to respond to any clarification questions if they are deemed to be seeking to gain commercial advantage/confidential information/unfair advantage against the other bidders, and additionally we may reject any offer submitted as a result of such infringement.
The Authority may at its discretion communicate any questions and/or requests for information together with the Authority's response to all Bidders.
