description
The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames appointed Matrix SCM as supplier of temporary staff to support vacancies in delivery of Council's functions through a call off from the London-wide Collaboration led by LB Newham and Havering completed a mini competition from Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource 3 (MSTAR3) Framework Agreement launched in December 2019.
The Council aims to bring greater flexibility through emerging technology within the temporary resourcing market such as talent pools and is expected to deliver considerable cost savings and efficiencies.
The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on behalf of itself and The London Borough of Sutton, appoints a provider to deliver required services with enhanced delivery of social value offer from this contract focusing on increased employability and connecting with local charities and social enterprises.
