Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking providers to enable some mental health services to be offered within community settings, delivering a quality, effective, convenient and responsive service. Given the location of service users as residents of Leeds, providers must be able to mobilise and operate from a base which meets the geographical and travel needs of this group of patients in time to meet the service start date of 1st April 2016.
