description
CMA have an on premises SharePoint 2013 system which supports the main CMA business activity by providing document storage for all case files and general content for other departments (EDRM). It also provides the platform for the intranet and automation of several business processes via a third-party workflow and forms product called Nintex and some InfoPath forms.
CMA intend to migrate to the cloud version of SharePoint Online (Office 365) and would like at the same time to use the migration exercise as an opportunity to improve the system and user experience. This will involve simplifying where possible, fulfilling any new requirements, considering best practice, the use of the new features of Office 365 including Planner and Flow, and replacing the InfoPath forms.
