NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning Group wish to ensure the provision of domiciliary care services for the population of Buckinghamshire to meet the needs of patients who are eligible for Continuing Health care and wish to receive care in the community. The CCGs would like to invite suitable providers to apply under an Any Qualified Provider process to deliver the services.
