How you intend to work with CPI to identify the required behaviours to support our objective in strengthening our organisational culture as a component of Health and Safety performance. Your response should also clearly indicate the main sources of data that you intend to use in determining the required behaviours.

• ii)How you intend to determine where the organisation currently stands in relation to these identified behaviours and how this information can be used to guide the development of the required organisational behaviours.

Details of the methodologies you intend to employ should also be provided, as well as an indication of the required levels of company participation.

The proposal should include timelines for this work and should identify the staff that will be undertaking it.

Costs for the work should be broken down into a per diem rate with the number of days required for each element of the work.

The proposal should also include details of similar projects undertaken in the Process Industry, citing, where possible, other clients that have benefited from this approach and any supporting references that you feel are relevant.

The proposal should include details of any other further support activities that may be available to CPI.
