We are seeking a Contractor to support the development of an evidence-based Asset Management Strategy & Delivery Plan, and a Single Asset Management System. The total project will be phased (see below). The key aims of the Contract for which you are being asked to tender are to provide a full understanding of all the land, property and transport related assets that are currently owned by the Sheffield City Region Combined Authority and the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Authority; and to plan how they could best be utilised to contribute to achieving both the economic and regeneration aims and objectives of the City Region (Phase 1a-b). Subsequently we will be filling gaps in this knowledge base (Phase 2), some of the work of which may be requested under the contract for which you are being invited to tender
