Wirral Council is seeking to commission a Shared Reading Programme as part of its approach to promote positive mental health across the borough. The successful provider will establish and deliver a range of shared reading groups within a variety of settings, targeting the most vulnerable Wirral residents. The aim of the programme is to improve wellbeing, self-esteem and confidence and reduce feelings of social isolation for reading group members and volunteers.
