description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist Project Controls support services to enhance Project Management Office ('PMO') capability and capacity. This service is to close out the actions recently identified within the independent baseline management review, so all the projects have a clear Performance Measurement Baseline ('PMB') in place. This represents a one-off intervention that will conclude the Continuous Improvement ('CI') Integrated Project Controls embedment programme, and handover the same to the projects and PMOs to manage the PMB.
