NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Aylesbury Vale CCG in partnership with Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) would like to invite providers who may be interested in delivering community packages of care for children and young people aged 0 – 18 years with Continuing Care needs to a pre procurement market place event.
The purpose of the event will be to allow the CCGs and the Council the opportunity to outline their future plans for the service.
The event will be held on Monday 14th December 2015 at:
