GB-Burton upon Trent: Marketing of land at Pennycroft Lane and Dove Way

East Staffordshire Borough Council (the ‘Council’) is seeking a competent organisation to provide land marketing and disposal services to assist with the disposal of its land at Dove Way and Pennycroft Lane, Uttoxeter, to development partners.

The proposed Contract is divided into two Lots covering each of the following services:

Lot 1:Marketing and Disposal of Land at Dove Way for commercial development Lot 2:Marketing and Disposal of Land at Pennycroft Lane for residential development
