description
'Engineers' is a new gallery at the Science Museum which opened in 2023 and has an initial lifespan of five years. A partnership with the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering (QEPrize), the gallery will take innovations awarded the QEPrize as a jumping off point to explore how engineers can change the world.
The museum wishes to appoint a consultant to undertake a summative evaluation of the Engineers gallery to understand how successful it was in meeting its aims and learning outcomes, as well as to explore visitors' response to the gallery environment, content, interpretation, and people representation. Lessons learned from the evaluation will be applied to future exhibitions and galleries developed by the Science Museum Group.
