description

"Provision of the design, development, delivery and evaluation of a primary care development programme to be delivered regionally, across the regional teams of the Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team (People Directorate) of NHS England.

The programme will support existing, experienced Practice / Business / Primary Care Network (PCN) Managers who have already completed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), or equivalent training, and are now "working at scale" across their Primary Care Network (PCN), to increase their awareness and understanding of the changes that are happening in healthcare and explore further what it means to support the changes needed to work at scale within Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care Systems.

The programme will build on the lessons learned from the evaluation of previous interventions and will support the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan, NHS People Plan, and the recommendations of the Next Steps for Integrating Primary Care: Fuller Stocktake Report, to support the Health and Care Act 2022 to ultimately improve population health and patient care through integration and collaboration."
