Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified providers to establish framework contracts for the provision of short breaks services for disabled children to be delivered in Nottingham.
Lot 1 - Group Activities - provision of a range of local short breaks group activities, which can include evening activities such as youth groups, weekend activities and school holiday clubs. We are seeking up to six providers with a total annual contract value of up to £104,000 per annum across the contract, plus the option of one-off advance funding of up to £10,000 per provider for the first year.
Lot 2 - One to One Support - for children / young people with relatively low levels of assessed need. We are seeking up to four providers with a total annual value of up to £28,000 per annum across the contract.
The call off from the framework will be based on the needs of the citizen and citizen choice. The contract duration will be for four years and is anticipated to commence in October 2020.
This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
