Tender Invitation: Refurbishment of Tennis Courts
Project Overview:
We invite qualified suppliers to submit competitive quotes for the refurbishment of three tennis courts, fencing installation, and line painting for two tennis courts and one combined tennis and pickleball court. The refurbishment work is scheduled to take place during the off-season, between November and February, contingent on favourable weather conditions.
Scope of Work:
- 1.Refurbishment of Three Tennis Courts:
- Surface preparation and repair, including crack filling, leveling, and resurfacing.
- Application of a high-quality, durable system.
- Installation of new nets and posts.
- 2.Fencing:
- Removal of existing fencing where applicable.
- Installation of new, durable fencing around the three tennis courts.
- Fencing specifications to meet industry standards for height, material, and durability and have disabled access.
- 3.Line Painting:
- Line painting for two tennis courts.
- Line painting for one combined tennis and pickleball court.
- Use of high-visibility, long-lasting paint suitable for outdoor sports surfaces.
Project Timeline:
- Work is to be carried out between November and February, depending on weather conditions.
- All projects must be completed by the end of February.
Submission Requirements:
Interested suppliers should submit their quotes, including the following details:
- Company profile and relevant experience.
- Detailed cost breakdown for each component of the project.
- Proposed timeline and project plan.
- Warranty and maintenance terms.

Submission Deadline:
