- The Supplier shall provide Services as follows:
- (a)electoral services and administer governor elections for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT)
- (b)run the annual Trust governor elections to begin at the beginning of April each year for SPFT
- (c)conduct annual general elections and by-elections as required, during the life contract; and
- (d)conduct the election in accordance with the Model Election Rules set out in the Trust's constitution (Annex 5 ). No variation on this procedure is allowable as this may affect the validity of the election.
