Notice of abandonment of procurement.
In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the FTS Notice dispatched on 9 August 2023, under Notice reference: 2023/S 000-023270 for the above Contract for the following reasons.
- No tender was received for Lot 1 River Mooring Management Service
- The Council intends to reopen the tender process for Environmental Enforcement Services with the view of bringing together both services for Lot 1 River Mooring Management Service and Waste and Lot 2 Environmental Crime Enforcement services under one contract.
