City of Wolverhampton College seeks a marketing agency to support our internal team in delivering two years of advertising campaigns. The contract will enhance brand visibility, strengthen audience insight, and drive applications and enrolments across Wolverhampton and the Black Country. Activity will focus on sustaining interest following major campus investment and engaging key audiences including school leavers, adults, apprentices, HE learners, employers, parents/influencers, and the wider community.
