Construction of a local community centre - The Hut

Moorsley and District Community Centre with funding from the charity. Planning permission to remove the existing community centre, which will be replaced with a purpose built unit to offer a range of facilities for local residents. The new community centre will include a main hall, kitchen space, and accessible toilets and enclosed garden space.

The site is located in Hetton-le-hole, County Durham.

The form of contract will be a JCT Minor Works 2016 with contractor's design.
