Accelerate work to raise awareness of Ofqual's technical domain and expertise in the Public Sector - such as making available code available through open source and publicising the IM Team's advancements in Digital, Data and Technology to government and non-government organisations.
Work with the Team to undertake a CDDO review and assessment of Ofqual's external fac-ing-services

Work with the IM Team and Digital Strategic Partner to oversee and inform delivery of the Public Facing Services programme of work - particularly the user research and development of the citizen facing journey for Public Enquiries, Examinations Procedural Review Service, Freedom of Information and Subject Access Request services.
