Minor Disrepair Works

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) would like to invite you to quote for a One Thousand (1000) hour contract at a variety of properties owned and managed by Swindon Borough Council.

The work is in relation to the maintenance of SBC's of 10,300 homes, replacing and installation of extractor fans in kitchens, bathrooms or both locations in the property. The SBC contract manager will issue all work to the contractor with a specification of the required work.

Acceptance of the SBC Terms & Conditions, under which this RFQ is issued is mandatory for evaluation, by submitting a response you are accepting the terms and conditions

Please take note of the mandatory completion dates, the instructions to bidders and evaluation are contained at the top of the pricing documents.

If you would like to submit a response, please complete the attached pricing schedule and return to tenderhousingproperty@swindon.gov.uk by 12:00 noon Monday 31st October 2022.

Closing date for clarifications will be 12 noon Monday 24th October 2022, for audit purposes, clarifications, and completed bids should not be sent directly to anyone within the council, and your submission and request for clarifications will only be evaluated if sent to the address above.
