North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise to engage with the market and obtain input into the development of a service model in respect of an Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) based out of Pallion Health Centre.
