Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the provision of a GP Out of Hours Service across North West London Integrated Care Board

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and capable providers for the Provision of an Out-Of-Hours (OOH) service for practices within all boroughs in North West London. The New service must provide

• Phone-based primary care assessment and support
• Home visits from a primary care physician when needed
• Primary Care Centres currently based in Hillingdon and Harrow, though the locations may be subject to review
• Have integrated systems with providers of 111 services

This PIN seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the Service.

Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will help inform the NHS NWL ICB as to the level of interest from the market and may be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement.

Following this PIN and procurement it is NHS NWL ICB's intention to establish a contract agreement for up to three years, with the option to extend for further two years, with Service Commencement from 1st April 2023.
