We would like to understand your views on our current thinking around the potential scope and process for contracting the above service. We will consider your views in any decisions made.

This soft market test is a precursor to the formal tender, and therefore does not constitute as a formal tender nor will result in the letting of a contract at this stage. Your participation in this soft market test will neither prevent you from submitting nor require you to submit a bid during the subsequent formal procurement process.

All returns are treated as confidential, however please be aware that your suggestions may form part of the final specification/tender to ensure an open and transparent process is followed. Any comments which you consider to be commercial in confidence or part of your unique selling point should be clearly indicated in your response.
